वह सारणी जो मानचित्र पर स्थलाकृतिक ऊंचाइयों को प्रदर्शित करने के लिए बनाई जाती है ।

तुंगता सूचक आभा

मानचित्रों पर स्थलाकृतिक उंचाइयां प्रदर्शित करने की वह विधि जिसके अंतर्गत दो समोच्चरेखाओं में एक ही रंग की क्रमिक आभाएं भर कर ऊंचाइयां दिखाई जाती है । इस विधि को उच्चतादर्शी रंजन (hypsometric colouring or tint) भी कहते हैं ।

The method of showing topographical heights on a map which involves filling of different shades of a single colour between each interval of two contours, indicating altitudes above sealevel. This is also known as hypsometic colouring or tint.

1. पूरक रंगों में दो छापों वाला त्रिविभीय चित्र जो उन्हीं रंगों के शीशो वाले चश्में से त्रिविम रूप में देखा जा सकता है ।

2. तीन विमों में देखने की एक विधि जिसके द्वारा लाल तथा हरे रंगों में पास पास छपे हुए दो फोटो को क्रमशः हरे तथा लाल रंग वाले पारदर्शी से देखा जा सकता है

एैनाग्लिफ को देखने के लिए चश्मा जिसका एक पारदर्शी हरा और दूसरा लाल होता है ।

उष्णकटिबंध में स्थानीय समय के अनुसार दिन के 12 बजे जिन स्थानों पर सूर्य वर्ष के विभिन्न दिनों ऊर्ध्व चमकता है उन स्थानों को मिलाने वाली रेखा जो अंग्रेजी के आठ को आकृति धारण कर लेती है, ऐनालेमा कहलाती है ।

This is a line which connects the points on the earth surface where the sun is directly overhead throughout the year when it is 12 O'clock local time on the meridian upon which the analemma is centre. It form a curious figure of eight shaped diagram over the blue of Pacific Ocean.

एक विशेष प्रकार का लैन्स, जो प्रकाशीय दृष्टि से टेकियोमीटर से जोड़े जाने वाले स्थिरांक (एडिक्टिव कांस्टेन्ट) को शून्य तक उस समय घटा देता है, जब कि लेंस टेकियोमीटरी दूरबीन के नेत्रिका लेंस और अभिदृश्यक (आब्जेक्ट ग्लास) के मध्य सही स्थिति में रखा जाता है ।
