प्रतिलिप्याधिकार संबंधी नीति

भारतवाणी पोर्टल का लक्ष्य आम लोगों को सभी भारतीय भाषाओं में ज्ञान उपलब्ध कराना है। हमें भरोसा है कि लोग यहाँ उपलब्ध सूचनाओं का उपयोग अपने ज्ञान को बढ़ाने के लिए करेंगे। वैसे तो यहाँ दी गई सूचनाएँ सार्वजनिक उपयोग के लिए निःशुल्क उपलब्ध हैं फिर भी ये भारतीय स्वत्वाधिकार अधिनियम 2012 के प्रावधानों के अधीन हैं।

• भारतवाणी पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध सूचनाओं का उपयोग केवल शैक्षणिक उद्देश्यों व अनुसंधान के लिए किया जा सकेगा, किसी व्यावसायिक गतिविधि के लिए कदापि नहीं।
• भारतवाणी पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध सभी विषय-वस्तु कानूनी तौर पर मूलतः उन संगठनों, लेखकों, कलाकारों एवं छायाकारों की है जिन्होंने इनका पूर्णतः या अंशतः सृजन किया है।
• जो लोग भारतवाणी पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध सामग्री का अपने शोध पत्रों या किसी और अध्ययन में उपयोग करते हैं, उन्हें भारतीय स्वत्वाधिकार कानून के प्रावधानों के अनुसार उस सामग्री के स्वत्वाधिकारियों का नामोल्लेख करना पड़ेगा।
• इन प्रावधानों का किसी भी प्रकार से उल्लघंन होने पर भारतीय स्वत्वाधिकार अधिनियम व संबंधित अन्य कानूनों के तहत उपयुक्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
• कोई भी व्यक्ति इस पोर्टल से ली गई सामग्री की नकल नहीं तैयार करेगा; वह इन सामग्रियों पर आधारित व्यावसायिक सहित कोई भी उत्पाद नहीं बनाएगा।
• श्रेय प्रदान : जो व्यक्ति भारतवाणी ई-सामग्री को पूर्णतः या अंशतः आम लोगों के बीच वितरित या संप्रेषित करेगा वह उस सामग्री से संबंधित लेखक / स्वत्वाधिकारी को स्पष्ट शब्दों में श्रेय देगा।
• अनुकूलन / रूपांतरण : भारतवाणी की सामग्रियों को उनके मूल रूप में ही वितरित या संप्रेषित किया जा सकेगा। इस सामग्री को रूपांतरित, अनूदित, परिवर्तित और संक्षिप्त करने या इनको सारभूत करने का अधिकार किसी को नहीं है।
• हमें विश्वास है कि भारतवाणी पोर्टल पर दी गई सूचनाएँ हमारी अधिकतम जानकारी के अनुसार सही एवं सत्य हैं। यदि यहाँ उपलब्ध कोई आँकड़ा या सूचना सही नहीं है तो कृपया इसकी जानकारी हमें दें, जिसे संबंधित संपादकीय समितियों के संज्ञान में लाया जाएगा और उसकी अनुशंसाओं के अनुसार उसमें सुधार किया जाएगा।
• इस पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध किसी सूचना को डाउनलोड करने से किसी को यदि कोई नुकसान होता हो तो भारतवाणी इसके लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

Bharatavani Portal has been developed with an aim of delivering knowledge in all the languages, to the public in general. It believes that the people will utilise the information provided here to enhance their knowledge. Though the information provided here is free for public usage, it is governed by few rules and regulations under Indian copyright Act 2012.
