Three colour half - tone process

तीन रंग हाफटोन प्रक्रम

रंजित मानचित्र तैयार करने का एक प्रक्रम जिसके अन्तर्गत तीन मूल रंगों - लाल, नीला, और पीला को विभिन्न अनुपातों में हाफटोन प्रक्रिया द्वारा मिश्रित किया जाता है । इस प्रक्रम को कलर - ट्रौल पद्धति भी कहते हैं ।

The process of printing coloured maps by mixing three primary colour viz. red, blue and yellow in diferent proportions through half tone process. This is also known as colour - troll method.

इस प्रकार के आलेखों में ब्लाक बेलन या पिण्डों या ठोस ज्यामिती की अन्य आकृतियां निरूपित की जाती हैं । इनमें आलेख का आयतन निरूपित की जाने वाली मात्राओं के अनुपात में होता है ।

These graphs consist of pictures of block, cylinder or sphere or any other form of solid geometry and here the volume of the graph is proportionate to the quantities to be represented.

त्रिबिंदु समस्या

किसी क्षेत्र पर प्लेनटेबुलक को अपनी सही स्थिति ज्ञात करने की विधि जिसके अंतर्गत क्षेत्र में दृष्टिगोचर होने वाले तीन ज्ञात बिन्दुओं की ओर प्रेक्षण किये जाते हैं । इन तीन बिंदुओं की स्थितियां प्लेनटेबुल के कागज पर पहले ही आलेखित होती हैं । जब कभी भी प्रेक्षण तीन ज्ञात बिन्दुओं की और किये जाते हैं तो यह समस्या त्रिबिंदु समस्या कहलाती है ।

It is a method of locating the position of a plane tabler occupied on the field by making observations to three known points which are visible on the field and whose positions are already plotted on the paper. When observations are made to 3 known points, the problem is called three - point problem.

टाई एवं चैक रेखाएं

जरीब सर्वेक्षण में प्रमुख रेखाओं के साथ साथ किसी त्रिभुज की दो रेखाओं को मिलाने वाली छोटी रेखाएं भी खींची जाती है । इस प्रकार की रेखाओं को ही टाई रेखाएं कहते हैं । ये रेखाएं किसी त्रिभुज के पार्श्वों की शुद्धता की जांच करती है और साथ ही साथ उन वस्तुओं को निर्धारित करने में भी सहायक होती है जिनकी स्थिति त्रिभुज के मुख्य पार्श्वों के आफसेटों द्वारा निर्धारित नहीं हो सकती है ।

In chain survey in addition to the main lines short lines are drawn connecting the tow main lines of a triangle. These lines are called tie lilnes. They serve the purpose of checking the accuracy of the lengths of the sides of a triangle as well as help to locate the objects which can not be located by offsets from the main sides of the triangle.

मध्य युग का एक विशिष्ट विश्व मानचित्र जो एक डिस्क के आकार का है । इस रोमन मानचित्र का सबसे चरम उदाहरण टी-इन-ओ के नाम से पुकारा जाता है । डिस्क या पहिये के आधे ऊपरी भाग में एशिया तथा आधे निचले भाग में पश्चिम की तरफ यूरोप और पूर्व की ओर अफ्रीका दर्शाए गए हैं । स्वर्ग को एशिया के ठीक उत्तर में दिखलाया गया है ।

A typical world map of the Middle Ages resembling a disc. In its most extreme form it is known as the T-in-O (Orbis Terrarum). The northern half of the disc (or wheel) represents Asia and on the sourther half Europe (on west) and Africa (on East) are represented. The paradise is shown on the north of Asia.
