ঈরাই-খোংলাই
(Eerai Khonglai): Itch = an irritating sensation in the skin after the bacterial/viral or fungal infection causes by the organism emerges out of its cyst which is broken by the seasonal rain.

ঈরাই-খোংলাইনা নাবা
(Eerai Khoglaina Naba): Itching/Prurities = Irritation of the nerve endings just under the skin. The causes of itching are many and the itching cases are mostly minor but includes various skin disorder, liver disorder, stress, etc.There are also many local infections with/within rash-caused itching. But `Eerai-Khonglai` is probable to cause as conceived in `itch` as the ailment is suffered by the child/children who pay (s) in the dirty water of countryside found during the start of seasonal rain.

ঈরীক কোঙ্গোল্লাই
(Eerik Kongollai): Measles = Most common and highly infectious disease of children caused by virus. It is called `Morbilli` or `Rubeola` in medical term. The initial symptoms, after an incubation period of 8 to 15 days are a very high body temperature and catarrhal (Inflammation of mucous membrane with discharge of mucus) sore throat with a cough. These symptoms are the revalation of the starting point of the infectious condition of the disease. After two days from this point small yellowish spots appear inside the cheeks tending to fate a further two days later when the rash develops, The blochy orange-pink coloured rash typically originates behind the ears and then spreads to the face and then travels to the neck and further then comes to the whole body.The cough may persist for ten days or so afterward. Measles can be a serious disease as it weakens the body`s resistance to other disease especially bronchitis (suffering of coughing) and ear infections. It can be prevented by immunization. If cough/suffered by an adult the case can be very serious.

ঈৱা কায়বা
(Eewa kayba): Rapture of amniochorion (double membrane) = the act of rupture of the double membrane (amnion-chorion) of the amniotic sac containing amnotic fluid in the amnion of a mature embryo of a female mammal/human and gashing out of the amniotic fluid from the vaginal mouth at the time of childbirth.

ঈশিং
(Eeshing): (I) Water [Hydroxide = H2O] = clear, colourless, odourless, tasteless and transparent liquid and freezes (ice) at 0°C and boils (steam/gas) at 100°C. It is a substance of rain, lake, river, etc. It makes 70 to 80 percent of most tissues in human body and 90 percent of secretions of human body.(II) Urine = light yellowish fluid containing urea and other waste products secreted from blood (in mammals) by kidneys, passed to urinary bladder for storage and periodically excreted through urethra, see also Yung.

ঈশিং চৎপা
(Eeshing Chatpa): Urination = Micturition = the act/desire of passing of urine out of the body.

ঈশিং চৎপা নুংঙাইতবা/য়াদবা
(Eeshing Chatpa Nungaitaba/Yadaba): Urination problems = the urination problems have been categorized as - (I) Too little, (II) Too much and (III) Painful urinations. These problems are described as:- (I) Too little urination = it usually reflects urinary retention. Normally people pass about 50 ounces (28.35gm) of urine during a day on 5/6 occasions none of them during the night. Such norms are subject to the variation depending upon/on the amount of water/liquid drunk and external temperature. If you feel the need to urinate but have not been able to urinate for several hours or beyond the probable time of urination there is the problem or something wrong. Children with such retention may have a kidney stone, an ulcer, etc. Which have closed and scabbed the outlet or a foreskin which is so tightly closed that it impairs urination.Woman may have retention after childbirth temporarily due to nervousness, a misplace of the uterus or fibroid. Retention of urine can be a symptom of Gonorrhea in both the genders. It may also cause due to any inflammation of the urethra, the urinal tube and spasm due to external cold or too much alcohol. In older men the problem is caused due to an enlargement of prostrate/portratitis. Insufficiency of urination may bring other disorders. (ii)To much urination = it implies frequency and increase in the volume of urine. The bladder and kidneys lose their efficiency with age.The condition is most common to older people who have nocturia (urination during the night). (iii)Painful urination =Among older people or persons who have excess urination, the kidneys may no longer concentrate urine as effectively and the bladder loses muscular tone or may become inflamed so that it holds less amount of urine. An enlarged prostrate has similar effects which may cause pain.

ঈশিং পূকচৎ
(Eeshing Pukchat):Diabetes = Either of two serious disorders/problems both of which cause excessive thirst and frequent urination.These are the symptoms of diabetes. Diabetes insipidus is caused by the failure of pituitary gland to produce/secrete enough antidiuretic hormone [ADH(Alcohol De-Hydrogenas or Anti-Hydrogenas or Anti-Diuretic Hormone)] which normally controls the amount of water reabsorbed by the kidneys. Diabetes insipidus = rare disease caused by a disorder of pituitary gland making the patient to pass large quantities of urine and want to drink more water than normal. Diabetes mellitus = disease where the body cannot control sugar absorption because the pancreas does not secrete enough insulin (a hormone which controls the level of glucose/sugar in blood). Bronze diabetes = diabetes which develops in a pregnancy of women. Diabetic coma = state of being unconsciousness caused by untreated diabetes mellitus. Diabetic diet = diet of low carbohydrate and sugar. Diabetic retinopathy = defect in vision caused by diabetes mellitus. Symptoms of diabetes mellitus, the commonest diabetic disease are tirenes, abnormal thrust, frequent urination and sweet smelling urine. Treatment involves keeping strict diet and in some case the patient needs regular injections of insulin.

ঈশিং হানবা অনাবা/ফুরি
(Eeshing Hanba Anaba/Phuri): Blister = A thin bubble/bladder of swelling on the skin often containing watery serous liquid which causes to act as a counterirritant. Blister is caused most commonly by friction/heat. The serous liquid/fluid inside a blister may occasionally contain blood and if it is to be lanced to release the fluid it should be done with a sterilized point. Other forms of blisters, such as urticaria may have allergic reaction. Treatment is with antiseptics.

ঈশিং য়াফম
(Eeshing Yapham): Vesicle = This term not only denotes a small blister containing serous fluid as finds in chickenpox, etc. but also means to know/connote anu sac/bladder containing clearish liquid. Seminal vesicle = two organs near the prostrate gland, which secrete seminal fluid into the vas deferens which stone seminal fluid.
