ঈশিং য়াফম হৌবা নৎত্রগা য়ুংখাক নাবা
(Eeshing Yapham Houba Yungkhak Naba): (I)Vestical calculus = It is the calculus/stone formed by gradual accretion of normally soluble calcium salt and other substances to transform/convert into insoluble calcium salt within the urinary vesicle/bladder/sac. This calculus make problems in urinary bladder and/or passage (urethra) with pain in urination by blocking the discharge of urine, etc. (II) Urithritis/Cystitis = This is the inflammation of the urinary bladder. It is most commonly caused by the bacterial infection and less common in men than in women who have shorter urethra for the bacteria to penetrate into it. Symptoms include the increase in frequency of urination, having cloudy coloured urine and usualling pain and burning sensation on passing the urine. There may also be high temperature, abdominal cramp and blood in urine along with the main symptoms cited preceedingly.

ঈলীফেন্টিয়াসিস
(Elephantiasis): Elephantiasis = a condition of gross enlargement of the skin and underlying connective tissues caused by obstruction of the lymph vessels and their eventual blocking is commonly caused by the parasitic filarial worms Wuchereria bancrofit and Brugia malayi. The parts most commonly affected are the legs but the scrotum, breasts and vulva may also be involved. Elastic bandaging is applied to the affected parts and the limbs are elevated and rested. Larval forms in the blood are killed with dithylcarbamazine.See Filariasis.

ঈ হাথবা
(Ee Hathaba): Bleeding/Haemorrhage = see `Eethong Kayba` and a case frequently occurs in/to women dy the brusting of blood vessel in the urinogenital organs or natural abortion of pregnancy due to some disorder in the urinogenital system of function(s).

ঈ হওবা/হৌবা
(Ee Hauba/Houba): Inflammation = It is the changes in the living tissues when invaded/attacked by germs/bacteria. It is characterized by the feelings of heat and pain and appearences of redness and swelling the skin and tissues which the attack is going on It is also a reference to the local reaction of human/animal body tissues to the injury (Including bites and stings), irritation (including an allergic response) or infecion as it is occured as a defensive measure/mechanism which results in redness and/or swelling with/without the formation of pus and heat and pain in/on the localized area.

উঙবা/উংবা
(Ungba): Suffering seriously = it is the bearing/sustaining retention of infecting/infective affect(including pain, ache, etc) of a local/chronic disease or attack of disorder.

উতাংবী
(Utangbee): Parasite = organism(plant/animal) that lives for all or a part of its life on (ectoparasite = the parisite which lives on outer/external surface of another`s body) or in (indoparasite = the parasite which lives in /within/under the surface of on inside the body of another organism) another host organism. The parasites are the most important agents and causer/causationist of deseases to/of human being.

উচেক-খোঙ হওবা/হৌবা
(Uchek-Khing Houba): Cramp = It is a painful involuntary prolonged contraction of a muscle or group of muscles or the severe abdominal pain.

উচেক-খোঙ হৌবগী লাইনা (হকচাং চীকপা)
(Uchek-Khong Houbagi Laina): Cramping = the suffering of spamodic contraction of tissue (s) involuntarily and feels severe pain which is nothing other than the tingling, painful spasm of a tissue muscle or a group of tissues/muscles. The causes of this suffering include to have level of sodium (Na) salt in the body, overexertion, reduced supply of blood and some unkown factors. The condition usually wears of fairy quickly, especially, if affected muscle is stretched. Cramp in the leg which passes away after a good rest [intermittent claudication (painfull limping or lameness)] or similarly in the heart muscle [Angina pectoris (spamodic pain in chest)] requires medical diagnosis to investigate and treat any underlaying cause.

ঊন/ঊনশা
(Oon/Oonsha): Skin = the largest organ of the body and one of the toughtest tissues. It is the organ of self healing/curing, water resistance, temperature regulating, infection repelling and despite these high sensitive. It is made up of two layers basically, viz (I) epidermis (outer layer) which is generally covered with/in another layer of dead cells, that is continually flacked off , and (II) dermis (inner layer) which lies underneath/within the epidermis. The skin has thousands of organs within itself, such as sweat glands, sebaceous glands, etc. and there is a layer of fat beneath the skin. The fatty layer can be used as a store of food and water.

উরীং
(Ureeng): Pimple = Acne =The small site of inflammation on the skin containing pus. The piples are occurred elsewhere on the surface of the skin of body and its parts such as face, back, chest, etc. The common cause is the local infection of the blocked pores.
