ঙই নীকপা (ঙৈনীকপা)
(Ngei Nikpa): Head shivering = The involuntary shaking/tottering the head as in cold due to old age.

ঙক
(Ngak): Neck = See `Khouree`

ঙকলী
(Ngakli): i)Cervical ganglion = One of the bundles of nerves in the neck or ii) Cervical (lymphoid) node = The lymph [transparent,colourless or slightly yellowish fluid contained in lymphatic vessels produced by lumpnodes, comparising of only one type of cell (lymphocyte) and concerned with body defence mechanism] node in the neck. iii) Cervical nerves = The spinal nerves in the neck iv) Deep cervical vein = The vein in the neck that drains into the vertebral vein.

ঙকলী নাবা
(Ngaki Naba): Cervicodynia = The feeling of pain when turning the head to the left or right side of it so as the act(s) of moving the head is ineffectual or inarticulated. It is of course due to disposition of the nerves in the muscles around the neck.

ঙকশম, ঙকশম তেকপা
(Ngaksham): Neck or Cervical joint or carvical vertebrae = the seven bones which form the neck and joined the spinal/vertebral column with/to skull. See ` Khouree`. Cervical fracture = It is the suffering from the fracture of one of the vertebrae in the neck (see Ngakee Sharoo). Cervical fractures range from minor, requiring no treatment to those, major ones associated with paralysis and instant dead. Treatment can be supported with a collar skull traction, , an orthosis (surgical alliance that exerts external forces on the part of the body to support joints or correct deformity) attached to the skull or surgery, dependign on the severity of the fracture.

(Ngaksham Maree Naba): Stiff neck = See Ngaklee Naba`.

ঙক্কী শরূ
(Ngak ki Sharoo): Cervical vertebrae = The first seven vertebrae of the spinal/vertebral column in the neck from the junction of the posterior part of the skull. The first one named Atlas which is followed by Axis the second and other five upto the reach of the thoracic vertebrae.

ঙংজেংনবা
(Ngangjengnaba): Stunt/stuntedness = The state/condition or the being curtailed the growth of development of baby, limb(s) or organ(s) or an instance of growth/development being hindered. A baby/infant or a child whose growth or / and development of body, limb(s), or organs(s) has been stunted.

ঙমদবা/নাবা
(Ngamdaba/Naba):Disableness = The ailment of feeling unwell or to feel the air/atmosphere of sickness/illness.

ঙপ-পা
(Ngap-pa): Roughness = the condition of feeling roughness, especially in the functioning of opening and shutting the eyelids or slightly uneasiness in doing the eye function voluntarily or involuntarily.
