Hā,

called hā,ī havvaz, and hā,ī, mudavwara, the twenty-seventh letter of the Arabic alphabet, the thirty-first of the Persian, and thirty-fourth Hindūstānī ; in reckoning by abjad, it counts five ; in almanacks, it denotes Thursday and the sign Virgo, also the planet Venus and the moon.
