If a woman will stay in the house, stay she will; if not, her own father can't keep her. or thus- if a woman is chaste' chateshe will be; if unchaste, she will go with her own father. āp se ā'nā, v.n.

Āp se āwe, to āne de.[The story is told of the wife of a strict Mahomedan recounting to him with grent glee how she had captured a fat capon for his dinner. The pious man was greatly shocked. And desired her to throw away the unlawful thing.
