uṭhā'ū,
adj.
Extravagant; profuse; lavish. N.m. A spend-thrift; prodigal; an extravagant fellow. PHR. With an unsparing hand; money burning in one's pocket (khāū luṭāū). Uṭhāū chūlhā, lit. a travellign kitchen stove. One who is not settled; one who has no fixed or certain livelihood; a rolling stone.
