v.a.
To build; construct; pile; heap; erect; Kaṅkar chun chun mahal uṭhāyā. Log kaheṅ ghar merā re; Nā ghar merā, nā ghar terā, Chiṛyā rain baserā re. Kabir. With stones picked up a house is raised. And folks tell you, " this house is mine." The house is neither mine nor thine; a roosting place for birds by night."
